• Understanding your requirement – Review structural drawings, load data, standards, paint/coating requirements and delivery schedules provided by your design team or consultant.
• Analyse and propose – Optimise member sizes, connection details and fabrication approach where requested, and clarify any missing or conflicting information.
• Detail and align – Prepare or verify shop drawings and cutting plans; align bolt holes, connection plates and embed details with your site and erection strategy.
• Execute and support – Fabricate, weld, drill and finish structural members under controlled conditions; coordinate packing, marking and dispatch for efficient erection.
• Handover and documentation – Provide basic fabrication records, test certificates (where applicable) and drawings to support site erection and future reference.
