We follow a defined, stepwise approach so every stakeholder knows what happens when. From understanding your site conditions to final documentation, Kymik aims to keep installation safe, predictable and aligned with your project plan.

• Understanding your requirement – Review GA drawings, foundations, access, lifting arrangements, media, design life and applicable standards for the tank or silo.
• Analyse and propose – Confirm erection methodology, crew size, tools, lifting plans and tentative schedules based on site readiness and project milestones.
• Detail and align – Align interfaces for nozzles, piping, walkways, ladders and vents with your EPC/contractors; freeze sequence of civil and mechanical activities.
• Execute and support – Mobilise teams, erect the tank/silo, install liners and accessories, perform leak tests and support basic commissioning checks on site.
• Handover and documentation – Submit basic installation reports, as-built details and O&M guidance, and brief your operations team on inspection and maintenance.
