From a concept to issued-for-fabrication

Our design and engineering workflow is structured yet flexible, allowing us to plug into greenfield, brownfield or upgrade projects. Our engineers work alongside your stakeholders to convert requirements into clear, coordinated and fabricable designs.

• Understanding your requirement – Capture process parameters, media properties, storage volumes, operating conditions, applicable codes and site constraints from owners, consultants and EPCs.
• Analyse and propose – Evaluate tank/silo concepts, structural schemes and layouts; run preliminary sizing and stability checks; recommend technically and economically sound options.
• Detail and align – Prepare GA drawings, connection details and basic calculations; coordinate nozzles, access, foundations and interfaces with civil, piping, electrical and instrumentation teams.
• Execute and support – Finalise design documents and issue them for fabrication and installation within Kymik or to your nominated contractors.
• Handover and documentation – Provide drawings, design notes and essential technical documentation to support approvals, fabrication, erection and future references.
